I love to travel. I love Christmas. I love starting things. I love music.
These passions have taken me all over the world. From Mt. Everest, to Inland China, a fortified city in Siberian Russia, South America, Africa, Peru, Japan… so many places. I absolutely love traveling the world.
They’ve also been the catalysts for many commercial undertakings, including Andrew Peripherals, The Big Blue Box, DCX Internet Services, Extreme Lightscapes, The Christmas Light Emporium, The Christmas Light Outlet, The Costume Emporium, Holly Brand Leatherworks, and Oak & Sugar Craft Beverage Co.
And my love for music has never died. Covid pushed it into high gear, though. I now produce lots of music for other artists and release my own under several project names, including Andrew Caryl, Daz Frydy, and a new full-length album coming next year from Dilemma Sect. I’ve worked with artists worldwide, including Venezuelan EDM prodigy Sam Ourt, the immensely talented Melanie Joy Wilpon, and American Idol finalist Robbie Rosen. It continues to be a fun ride.
Most recently, I am adding ‘author’ to my resume with the publication of my first book, Twinkle! The Ultimate Guide To Outdoor Christmas Decorating, later this year.
I live in my favorite little city in the world, Denton, Texas, with my wife. Sometimes, my two enormously gifted kids live here with us, too. But they are both off at university most of the time now. I miss them being little. But they make for a couple of awesome humans.
I have a lot of stories. One day, maybe I’ll have the time to share them all here.
